It must be constructed of three or more layers of materials held together with adhesives for it to have the mentioned properties. The structure is the outer resistance layer, the barrier layer, and the heat sealing layer from the outside to the inside.

The aluminum in this layer forms an oxide film upon exposure to air, acting as a barrier to water vapor and other environmental factors. This layer is also the main structure of the deep deformation of the aluminum plastic film.
Heat-Sealing Layer: Composed of polypropylene film (CPP), this layer is designed for its heat-sealing properties, insulation, and resistance to electrolyte corrosion. During the packaging process, this layer heats, melts, and bonds with the PP layer, ensuring a secure seal while protecting the aluminum foil from corrosive substances.
The adhesive used to bond these layers together is typically a solvent-free polyurethane adhesive or a benzene-free polyurethane adhesive, chosen for its strong electrolyte resistance, high-temperature resistance, and excellent bonding performance.
One-way degassing valves offer a practical and durable packaging solution for managing internal air and preventing backflow. The one-way degassing valve is always firmly inserted on the surface of the heavy bag. It is designed as a valve flap in the one-way air valve, permitting air to flow out of the bag without allowing it back in. Compared with traditional valves, the recent valve utilizes a valve flap with sealing oil, ensuring a tight fit between the valve seat. The one-way air valve maintains aluminum-plastic composite bag sealing, preventing the external air from polluting the inner products.
Our one-way degassing has a core strength that when the aluminum-plastic composite bag filled with products is dropped from a high place, the air inside will swiftly release, decreasing the risk of bag breakage. This design can increase the pallet stability and stacking height.
The mainstream manufacturing process of aluminum plastic film can be divided into the dry method and the thermal method.
The dry process involves directly bonding aluminum foil and CPP (cast polypropylene) through an adhesive and then pressing them together. Since the CPP does not need secondary crystallization after the high temperature in this process, the dry-processed aluminum plastic laminated film has good drawing performance and good appearance. The majority of its applications are high-capacity soft-pack consumer batteries and power batteries due to their excellent anti-short circuit performance.
The thermal process is to bond aluminum foil and CPP through modified polyethylene (MPP) and perform thermal synthesis at a certain temperature. The metal aluminum will become more brittle over a prolonged period of high-temperature baking, which will also affect how well the aluminum plastic film can be drawn.
